Hear ye! Hear ye! The streets of RhyDin city are being transformed. Every streetlamp and sign post are being wound with holly and ivy. Wreaths of every shape and description are being hung upon houses and shop doors. The square in the marketplace is a construction zone - streets closed and wooden barriers erected around a large plot of vacant land - what could they be doing there" In every corner of the realm, Yule magic sparkles in the air.

On a street corner near the Red Dragon Inn, carolers are singing: You better watch out. You better not cry! You better not pout - I'm telling you why... WinterFest is coming to town!
