For the food, Louis Valjean, the head chef at The Chipped Handle in New Haven, put together a menu based on several James Bond movies.

A round of appetizers was inspired by Bond's scenes in India in Octopussy. Clockwise from top left: lamb samosas, gobi manchurian (cauliflower fritters), naan, dhoka (fried lentil cakes), bharwaan tamatar (tomatoes stuffed with spiced vegetables) vegetable samosas, curried egg puffs, and chili paneer (cheese stir fried in spicy soy chili sauce).
