2:08 am.
"Ms. Dunbridge!" The flash caused her to blink her eyes. "Over here!" And somehow, from all her years of tabloid experience, she didn't think to look away, but instead turned her head towards another camera. It was too cold to be wearing the men's dress shirt as a dress, but it's what she was wearing. Buckled over her with the thick black belt she had on her normal dress, the thin cotton garment certainly looked good. Even if it was a bit....scandalous.
*Flash*
"Are you having an affair with Gnort Dragoon-Talanador?" Another flash, and she couldn't see where the voice was coming from in the crowd. In fact, she had next to no idea how the crowd even got there, as when she had come from the Arena and to GiT there hadn't been any press at all...
"Does his wife know?"
"Does your boyfriend?"
"Is it love?"
The voices and the flashes kept coming and it was all she could do not to draw her sword and start slashing her way through the crowd. At least she had sunglasses in her purse. Slipping them on, she pushed past the press best she could, but she was a small women and there were like a million of them. With a grunt, she finally made it to the street and started walking as fast as she could.
It was hard to see through sunglasses in the dark. Erin was looking for an alley or something, anything to get out of the way of the press. They were behind her now, still calling out stupid questions it was clear she wouldn't answer. Erin had enough experience with the press to know when it was best to keep your mouth shut and release a statement later. Blurting out that she had never and would never have sex with G would only make her look a lot more guilty...
With a sigh and a shake of her head, she finally lost at least half the photographers, and found herself a carriage. Climbing in, she closed the door and leaned her head back against the seat.
"Rocking D Ranch, please. In the North woods..." With that, the driver peered over his shoulder to look at her, just as his brows raised, the flashing started up outside the coach again.
"Aren't you..."
"Just go, huh?" It wasn't a secret she was at least a little irritated.
