However, while the news reported no casualties, I do not think they realize that, with the loss of the entire building, there may very well have been at least one. I know of DIANA, mainly from assisting with the sewer project, and I know that the intricacies of such a machine intelligence are more than mere circuits and stored data. You can't back up a soul.

If you are planning to restore her, I have technology that may provide a more robust medium for growth. My people, though now gone, had long mastered the structure and containment of living computer matrices, and frankly I'd be excited to see what you could grow on such a foundation.
