Topic: Second Trimester check-up

She had to be bullied into coming here. The big, bad ex-cop was running scared though and the pain from a couple of nights ago did more to convince her than all the bullying her mate and family could muster. She half expected Damon to pick her up bodily and bring her down himself if she didn't.

So here she was at the reception desk, looking defiant and just a hair scared.

Star happened to be planetside, visiting the children's recovery ward when the woman came to Riverview. A curious pulse of sonar at the woman, and the doctor that looked like a flying dolphin (albeit a slightly alien one) dropped her lower jaw in a delphine smile, "Hi! What can we help you with ma'am?"

Star had a suspicion what the woman had come in for, her swollen belly and the faint image Star had gotten from the brief sonar pulse said she was pregnant. Hopefully she was just close to term, and nothing was actually wrong with the baby.

She had to do a double take upon seeing the alien doctor. She took a deep breath before starting, "I was referred here by Dr. Uth Dravon." She couldn't get over the healer being named a doctor.

She bit her lips before continuing, "She wants me to get checked out and registered just in case."
