The Witch had an important delivery to make to the governor, and she spared no manpower to do so. It was a rather important delivery after all. So she marched, by foot, from her atelier in the woods, to the governor's office, leading her army down the streets of Rhydin.
Pumpkinheads and skeletons pushed countless wheelbarrows right along behind her. In the assorted wheelbarrows were 135,816 silvers worth of various gold, silver, and copper ingots, all new, polished, and shimmering in the sunlight. Walking along and around those that pushed the wheelbarrows were more pumpkinheads, each carrying a shotgun in it's hand. Whenever anyone looked at the ingots wrong, or at all, the pumpkinheads all racked their shotguns in unison, sending a warning glare to the offender. Even more protection was offered beyond that, as ice goblins walked along the pumpkinheads packing weaponry, offering a literal chill to the air about them. Towards the back of it all were many members of The Witch's army, her finest to be exact. All women, beautiful with hair and eyes of an assortment of bright colors, and wearing silver, sparkling leotards. Expressions were stoic as they carried their spears by their sides, prepared to act should things go wrong.
Even on such an important mission, The Witch smiled and waved to everyone she came upon, since after all, they were the adoring public. What she didn't understand however, was why most ran away screaming....Was she not a good leader" And a good citizen as well" She thought so, but perhaps the word hadn't gotten out. She'd have to make sure to do even more for the community then!
As people scrambled and left a clear path for The Witch, the ingots, and a good portion of her army, they continued to march on and on, until finally' They arrived at their destination. The Governor's Office. With a smile on her face, The Witch looked up and upon the building, but she didn't want to abandon her army or the goods, so rather than walk in - as any sane person would have done - she cupped her hands around her mouth and called out.
"Kiiiiiiiiiiiiittyyyyyyyyyyyy!?"
